Surf Wellness by Share the Stoke and Waves 4 Women - Join us for a morning of surfing and wellness in a small group setting! This will include: wellness discussions, mindfulness, meditation, community building, surf warm up, and 1 hour of surf instruction with a surf instructor. This opportunity is for all skill levels and no prior experience is necessary. We look forward to meeting you!
